Lang McLaughry Spera is Vermont and Northern New Hampshire’s largest and leading real estate company with 13 offices and a sales and support team of more than 200. The firm, established on January 31, 2007, brought together the talents, resources, experience and deeply-rooted community involvement of three of New England’s oldest and most respected real estate firms: Lang Associates, McLaughry Real Estate and Pall Spera Company. McLaughry Real Estate was founded in 1959, and Lang Associates and Pall Spera Company were each founded in 1969.
With corporate offices based in South Burlington, Lang McLaughry Spera serves homebuyers and sellers in the two-state geographic area encompassing the Upper Connecticut River Valley including Lake Sunapee, Hanover, West Lebanon and Grantham New Hampshire as well as Fairlee, Norwich, and Woodstock Vermont; the South Central Vermont and Stowe areas including Rutland, Stowe, Stowe Village, Morrisville, and Waterbury; and Northwestern Vermont’s Champlain Valley including the Greater Burlington area, Middlebury, the Champlain Islands and St. Albans.
